Por Dentro De Mi is Luis di Matteo’s first album with solo bandoneon compositions showing his development up to the mid 80s. Tango Nuevo-compositions of Luis di Matteo, solo played on the bandoneon – the voice of the tango. He is one of the few bandoneonistas who has gradually acquired unusual mastery, enabling him to make his instrument — often designated as a clumsy one — sound “like a whole orchestra“.
